The Science and Technology Park and Business Incubator TITC - Technology Innovation Transfer Chamber, owned by VTP Brno, a.s.,was founded from the initiative of Regional Chamber of Commerce for Southern Moravia, with significant contribution of VUT Brno.
The preparation phase, that was started already in 2009, was followed by a construction phase (after fulfilling of all legal requirements and ensuring of project financing), that was finished on August 31, 2014. The building operation started from September 1, 2014 when the first companies settled here.
Project is co-financed by the European Union structural funds.
